Refunds are available only within 5 days from the date of the original Pro / paid purchase. After 5 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. When refunds may be declined

- Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or Terms violations
- Free plan usage (no payment) — not applicable
- Third-party Amazon product purchases (those follow Amazon’s return policies, not this Website’s Pro billing)
4. Amazon affiliate purchases
If you buy a product on Amazon via an affiliate link from this Website, returns and refunds are handled solely by Amazon under Amazon’s policies. New Tech Solution cannot issue Amazon order refunds.
