Files and browser tools

Rapid-UI's PDF, image, text, and document tools are designed to process the files you select in your browser. The tools do not intentionally upload those files to Rapid-UI's application server. Some tools load software from third-party CDNs; those providers may receive your IP address, browser information, and ordinary network request data. Do not use a browser tool for confidential material unless you are comfortable with your device, browser extensions, and third-party scripts.

Account information

If you create an account, we process your email address, a securely hashed password, email-verification and password-reset token hashes, account and session information, and security records needed to operate the service. We do not store your plain-text password. Authentication and security emails are sent through the configured email provider.

Subscriptions and payments

Razorpay processes subscription authorization and recurring payment details under its own privacy terms. Rapid-UI receives and stores payment/subscription identifiers, billing status, event records and relevant dates so we can verify access and provide account support. Rapid-UI does not store your complete card or bank details. Never send payment credentials or your Razorpay secret to support.

Support requests

If you contact support, we use your name, email and message to respond, investigate the issue and protect the service. Please do not include passwords, card numbers, identity documents, or sensitive files in a support request.

Cookies, logs and retention

A secure, HttpOnly session cookie is used to keep you signed in and protect account actions. Server security logs may include request metadata needed to detect abuse and troubleshoot failures. Account and subscription records are retained while needed to operate your account and meet accounting, legal and dispute-resolution requirements. You may request account deletion through Contact Support; records that must be retained by law may be kept for the required period.

Your choices and contact

You can cancel future subscription renewals from your account and request access, correction or deletion of account information, subject to applicable law and records we are required to retain. Use the support form for privacy requests.

Updates

We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
