Compress PDF by rasterizing
This browser-only tool makes a new image-based PDF. It does not preserve the original PDF structure or promise a smaller file.
Choose a PDF and output quality
Important: this is lossy rasterization, not structure-preserving compression.
Every page is converted into a JPEG image. Searchable/selectable text, links, forms, tags, and accessibility information are lost. Image quality is reduced, output may be larger than the original, and no target file size is guaranteed. Review this warning before proceeding.
Free: 3 exports per day with a small watermark. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited daily use and larger files.
Resource limits
Free supports PDFs up to 10 MB and 30 pages; Pro supports up to 100 MB and 100 pages. A page larger than 24 megapixels or total rendering over 120 megapixels (free) / 240 megapixels (Pro) is refused to protect browser memory. Password-protected PDFs are unsupported here.
